Account

Do I need to have an account to order?

Yes, you can register with your email address. 

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password

What are Reward points and how do they work?

Reward points can be converted to discount on future orders. You can learn more here.  

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards through Payfast and Payflex. You can pay via Instand EFT through Payfast or split your payments with Payflex. We accept manual EFT if you prefer to pay via your internet banking. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at chrystal@keipach.co.za just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if if manual EFT was selected as the payment method and payment has not been received, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. If this is not the case, please reach out to us. 

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via chrystal@keipach.co.za, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. .

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once we have handed your order over to the courier we have no control over how long it will take to reach you. The median delivery time is usually 3-7 business days.

The Courier Guy collects parcels in our area on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What countries do you ship to?

We only ship within South Africa. International customers must arrange their own courier collection. 

How much is shipping?

Our shipping and handling fee is a flat rate of R100 and will be added at checkout. Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping. You can select collection at checkout if you prefer to send your own courier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Please let us know. We will communicate with the courier to get the issue resolved.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead. You can find our Gidt vouchers here.

How can I be featured on the inspiration gallery?

You can email your photos to chrystal@keipach.co.za. Photos must be high quality, have sufficient lighting and be clear of background clutter. Along with your photos, please include a list of Keipach products used.By emailing your photos, you are confirming you are the creator of the artwork and that you give Keipach permission to feature your creation on our website.
